JASON HADEN

Jason started in the retail automotive industry in the mid 80’s. Through hard work and dedication, he worked his way up the ladder within the dealerships and held many operational roles including General Manager for multiple franchises. He has a passion for the automotive industry that now totals over three decades including his retail and corporate career.

In 2008 Jason joined Volkswagen of America where he held many advancing roles including Director of Sales Operations for the Midwest Region, Director of Fixed Operations for the Northeast Region, and Vice President of Operations for the Volkswagen Brand. As Vice President Jason was instrumental in the settlement outcome of Volkswagen’s “Dieselgate” resulting in the repurchase or modification of nearly 500,000 vehicles. During this successful campaign, Jason led an organization of over 800 settlement specialists within the dealer network, as well as the communications with the National Dealer Advisory Council.

In 2018 Jason joined Foundation Automotive as Vice President of Operations. He specialized in corporate and dealership operations for one of the fastest growing retail automotive corporations in North America, acquiring 36 rooftops in the United States and Canada from 2018-2022.

Jason is married to his wife, Beth for 25 years and together have 2 sons. They currently reside in the Houston, Texas metro area. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business
